ABC Notation Rendering

• Added new ABC notation rendering service for displaying sheet music
• Initial cut of tune settings with incipit (first few bars) display
• Added ability to switch between different tune renditions
• Improvements to incipit rendering and display

Search Improvements

• Make all searches accent-insensitive (e.g., "Gaelic" matches "Gaelic")
• Added name search within tune log
• Better search handling when results include tunes already on the list
• Combining tune search into a shared component across the app

Admin Features

• Add tune list to admin person view
• Sorting and tune count on admin people list
• Add session instance creation from admin logs view
• Admin verify email button on user account page

UI Improvements

• Cleaner URLs for session detail page tabs and people pages
• More consistent modals throughout the app
• Comprehensive z-index overhaul for proper layering
• Fixed tune history modal position label text
